Pool Service & Maintenance
Maintained Like It’s the Only Pool We Service.
Weekly maintenance, seasonal openings and closings, equipment repair, and water chemistry, handled by the same crew that built the pool or knows it just as well.
Service, Done Properly
A pool is only as good as the week between visits.
Anyone can open a pool in May and close it in October. What separates a maintained pool from a neglected one is everything that happens in between: consistent chemistry, equipment caught before it fails, and a crew that notices the small things before they become a service call.
This is the largest part of what we do, and it shows. Properties we have serviced for years still run on the same equipment, hold the same water clarity, and rarely need the kind of emergency visit that starts with bad news.
That care extends beyond the pool itself. We service fountains, cold plunges, reflecting ponds, spillovers, and every other water feature on the property, so all of the water on the grounds is looked after by the same crew.
One weekly appointment. One crew. One phone number for openings, closings, repairs, and everything between.

Weekly Maintenance
The visit that keeps everything else from happening.
Every visit follows the same standard, whether it is week one or week two hundred.
- Skimming, netting, and a full vacuum of the pool every visit
- Skimmer and pump baskets emptied, filter checked and cleaned as needed
- Water tested and balanced on-site using reagent-based testing, not test strips or an estimate
- Tile line and waterline brushed to prevent buildup
- Equipment inspected for early signs of wear before they become repairs
- Visit notes logged so any technician can pick up where the last one left off
Openings & Closings
Two dates on the calendar, handled without you thinking about them.
Spring opening and fall closing are the two visits most likely to go wrong when they are rushed. We schedule both around the season, not a backlog, so the pool is ready when you want it and protected before the first freeze.
Spring Opening
Cover removal, a full clean, equipment startup, and a fresh chemical balance before the pool sees its first swimmer.
- Cover removal, cleaning, and storage
- Equipment start-up and safety check
- Startup chemical balance
Fall Closing & Winterization
Equipment drained and protected, water balanced for dormancy, and the cover fitted correctly so nothing shifts over the winter.
- Equipment winterization and drainage
- Winterizing chemical treatment
- Cover fit and inspection
Equipment Repair & Automation
Diagnosed and fixed by the people who service it every week.
Pumps, heaters, filtration, salt systems, and automation are usually the first thing to go quiet before a bigger problem shows up in the water. Because we are already on-site weekly, most equipment issues get caught before they become a no-swim afternoon. When something does need repair or replacement, it is handled by our own technicians, not a subcontractor unfamiliar with the pool’s history.
- Pumps, filters, and heaters diagnosed and repaired on-site
- Salt and chlorine generation systems serviced and calibrated
- App-based automation and control systems installed and troubleshot
- Manufacturer-authorized service on major equipment brands
- On-site reagent-based testing at every visit, not test strips or a fixed schedule
- Chlorine, pH, alkalinity, and stabilizer balanced to the pool’s actual condition
- Algae and staining prevented rather than treated after the fact
- Metal and mineral levels checked to protect plaster and tile from staining
- Shock treatments scheduled only when the water actually needs them
- Chemical use logged so the history travels with the pool
Water Chemistry
Balanced on-site, every visit, not guessed.
Chlorine, pH, alkalinity, and stabilizer levels shift with weather, bather load, and the season. We test and adjust on-site at every visit using reagent-based testing, not test strips, rather than relying on a schedule that assumes the water hasn’t changed.
Discuss Your PropertyHow Weekly Service Works
One relationship, five things we handle.
Most of what makes a service relationship work happens before the first visit: understanding the equipment, the pool’s history, and how the property is actually used.

Pool Service & Maintenance
Frequently asked questions.
The questions homeowners most often ask before starting weekly service. If yours is not here, it is a short conversation.
All QuestionsHow often does weekly service actually happen?
Every property on weekly service is visited once a week on a fixed day, with the same technician whenever possible. If a holiday or weather shifts the schedule, you are notified in advance.
Can you handle just an opening or closing without signing up for weekly service?
Yes. Openings and closings are available as standalone visits, though most clients on weekly service find it simpler to have the same crew handle both.
Do you repair equipment you did not originally install?
Yes. We service and repair pool equipment regardless of who installed it, and most repairs are diagnosed during a regular weekly visit.
What happens if something needs repair during a routine visit?
We flag it immediately and reach out before doing any work beyond routine maintenance, so there are never surprise charges on the invoice.
Do you install or service pool automation and app-based controls?
Yes. We install, program, and troubleshoot app-based automation systems, and can retrofit them onto pools we did not originally build.
How is water chemistry tested during a visit?
On-site, at every visit, using reagent-based water testing rather than test strips, calibrated to the pool’s specific equipment and finish, not a generic weekly average.
